Standard Geared Graziano rear differential.  Please confirm you have the Graziano differential prior to ordering a gear case. If you have a Kawasaki, Fuji, or Terrell differential your axles won't bolt to the Graziano gearcase and you'll have to order the entire unit with axles included.  The Graziano is used in electric vehicle from year model 2000 and newer. It is easily identified by having a larger 3/4" drain plug and fill plug. The bolts that hold the differential housing are oriented with the bolt heads towards the passenger side, as opposed to the older style Kawasaki units that had them installed from the opposite direction. We offer these units four different ways.

 

Option A: Brand new gear case with brand new gears. Axles and Axle tubes not included

 

Option B: Brand new gear case with brand new gears. Good Used Axles and Axle tubes ARE included. Installation will be much easier. These units are shipped with one axle detached for shipping purposes but all mounting hardware is included. RTV silicone will need to be provided by the installer to attach the axle tube to the gearcase prior to installation.

 

Option C: Used Gear Case with good used gears. NEW Bearings installed (Refurbished) without axles and axle tubes.

 

Option D: Used Gear Case with NEW Bearings installed (Refurbished) WITH good used axles and axle tubes.

 

The axle/tube configuration that comes with these units are the new 2006+ Revision that WILL allow for a 5kw Navitas AC motor to fit on a non-lifted Club Car DS or Precedent chassis.

 

Factory gear ratio is 12.3:1.  These gears do not provide any speed benefits at all over a stock Kawasaki drive unit.

Please be aware that we sell these items online as well as locally, so it's difficult to maintain accurate available quantity on the online store at all times but we try our best to keep up. Typically if we do not have an item in stock, it can be received locally from our vendors in 1-2 days before it ships to you. Certain items may also be shipped directly from the vendors to you without delaying your order arrival at all. If you're concerned about the stock status of an item we strongly suggest that you contact us prior to ordering to ensure that the items are available for immediate shipment. If you place an order for an item that is not in stock you will be notified via email within 24 hours and an estimated ship date (shown on your emailed invoice) will be provided to you at that time.  Please make sure the email address associated with your payment matches the email address that you currently use. Lots of our customers have old email addresses attached to their payment accounts and do not receive emails from us because they forget to check their old email account. If you place an order and choose to cancel at anytime, no problem. Be aware that cancelled orders in back-order status will be fully refunded minus the non-refundable 3.5% PayPal or Credit Card processing fee. This is why we strongly recommend that you ask about availability status PRIOR to ordering by texting or emailing us. Please provide the SKU number of the item in your message. Return/Refund/Cancellation Policy: Returns are accepted up to 14 days after delivery. Sensitive electronic items are non-returnable. However, electronic items such as motors and controllers will carry a manufacturers warranty. Warranty length varies by manufacturer. All returned items are subject to a 5% restocking fee in combination with the 2.99% payment processing fee and original shipping costs from the initial order unless the item is being returned due to a mistake by Revolution Golf Cars, LLC.
Fulfillment/Shipping Policy: All items will be shipped with basic ground shipping. US Mail is our preferred shipping method, but UPS and Fedex are also used for certain items. Items that are in stock will typically ship within 1-2 business days after we receive the order. Items that are back-ordered will ship as soon as they become available. If an item is back-ordered, we will provide you with the approximate ship-date on the invoice that will be emailed to you after your order is processed. Expedited shipping is available via phone-in orders. please note that the shipping calculator on our website will not accurately figure freight costs to hawaii or alaska.  all orders going to hawaii or alaska must be phoned in or billed manually via email. this also applies to any shipment to any country outside of the usa.
