This kit is needed to convert any 1980 - 2006 NON-IQ Club Car DS to the IQ drive system. Your vehicle MUST have the IQ drive system in order to use the Alltrax XCT, Navitas TSX, or Navitas AC Drive System.
 
Normally we try to offer our customers OEM solutions where possible, but in an attempt to save the customer a few bucks, we've created this kit with an aftermarket wire harness to fill the void. We have examined these wire harnesses and are happy with the quality of them, so we are offering them to you in this package. Note that all other parts in this kit are OEM where possible. We can provide guidance and installation advice for this harness, just as we can with the factory harness. We are still offering the factory kit as well if you're interested in that, but it may be back-ordered. Please check with us if you have any questions regarding that. We recommend our FACTORY STYLE IQ CONVERSION KIT for 1996 and newer cars. OBC NOTE: If you have a 48-volt series-drive system (lever operated F&R switch), you can re-use your existing onboard computer and your factory charger with this kit. Your solenoid interlock feature will be disabled, meaning that the vehicle can be driven while the charger cord is plugged in. Please be aware that this feature can not be retained. Please leave us a note on check-out if you wish to re-use your OBC and we will provide instructions on how to integrate it into your new wire harness and make it work flawlessly.
 
Throttle Conversion: This kit includes an optional throttle conversion. If you do not already have an electronic throttle with a 5k-0 3-wire signal, you're going to need to include this with your kit. The throttle option that we include in our kit is the MCOR4 conversion. The MCOR4 is a factory throttle unit that will fit perfectly on all 1996 and newer Club Car DS chassis. For mid year 1995 and older vehicles, you're going to have to customize the throttle linkage to make the MCOR4 assembly fit.   • The Curtis PB8 throttle that we previously offered in these kits has been discontinued by Curtis and is no longer being manufactured. Due to a quality issue, we have opted not to include aftermarket units with our kits. Instead, we are offering a factory style MCOR4 conversion kit with an OEM MCOR4 throttle. For vehicles from 1995.5 and older, you'll need to watch our how-to video in order to make these parts fit. This video can be found by clicking HERE

Please note that item availability has been getting better every day since the COVID-19 Pandemic of 2020. Our online products are typically in stock and available if they are marked "IN STOCK" in our online store. The only reason an item would be marked "OUT OF STOCK" is if we know for a fact that there is a long-term back-order situation on that particular item and we do not know when we will be receiving it. Please be aware that we sell these items online as well as locally, so it's difficult to maintain accurate available quantity on the online store at all times but we try our best to keep up. Typically if we do not have an item in stock, it can be received locally from our vendors in 1-2 days before it ships to you. Certain items may also be shipped directly from the vendors to you without delaying your order arrival at all. If you're concerned about the stock status of an item we strongly suggest that you contact us prior to ordering to ensure that the items are available for immediate shipment. If you place an order for an item that is not in stock you will be notified via email within 24 hours and an estimated ship date (shown on your emailed invoice) will be provided to you at that time.  Please make sure the email address associated with your payment matches the email address that you currently use. Lots of our customers have old email addresses attached to their payment accounts and do not receive emails from us because they forget to check their old email account. If you place an order and choose to cancel at anytime, no problem. Be aware that cancelled orders in back-order status will be fully refunded minus the non-refundable 3.5% PayPal or Credit Card processing fee. This is why we strongly recommend that you ask about availability status PRIOR to ordering by texting or emailing us. Please provide the SKU number of the item in your message. Return/Refund/Cancellation Policy: Returns are accepted up to 14 days after delivery. Sensitive electronic items are non-returnable. However, electronic items such as motors and controllers will carry a manufacturers warranty. Warranty length varies by manufacturer. All returned items are subject to a 5% restocking fee in combination with the 2.99% payment processing fee and original shipping costs from the initial order unless the item is being returned due to a mistake by Revolution Golf Cars, LLC.
Fulfillment/Shipping Policy: All items will be shipped with basic ground shipping. US Mail is our preferred shipping method, but UPS and Fedex are also used for certain items. Items that are in stock will typically ship within 1-2 business days after we receive the order. Items that are back-ordered will ship as soon as they become available. If an item is back-ordered, we will provide you with the approximate ship-date on the invoice that will be emailed to you after your order is processed. Expedited shipping is available via phone-in orders. please note that the shipping calculator on our website will not accurately figure freight costs to hawaii or alaska.  all orders going to hawaii or alaska must be phoned in or billed manually via email. this also applies to any shipment to any country outside of the usa.
